Job Description
A prominent company is seeking a diligent Parts Associate to join their team in Etobicoke, Ontario. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient parts inventory management and supporting production goals.
The Parts Associate will report to the Parts Manager/Production Supervisor and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of parts flow within the organization.
Role Involves:
- Quoting, ordering, receiving, organizing, and storing incoming parts and materials.
- Tracking inventory levels and performing regular stock checks.
- Delivering parts and materials to production lines.
- Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts.
- Following all workplace safety procedures.
- Collaborating with production teams and supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
- Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to commute to Etobicoke, Ontario.
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
