Semgrep is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead and oversee workplace strategy and operations across its San Francisco headquarters and co-working spaces in Boston, Denver, and New York. Reporting to the Head of People, this role will focus on creating exceptional environments where the team can thrive. The Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for transforming the San Francisco office and orchestrating the upcoming move. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and thoughtful execution.Semgrep is looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating inspiring workplaces.
What this role involves: - Designing and testing innovative workplace concepts.
- Leading the San Francisco office redesign and relocation.
- Managing the workplace budget and expenses.
- Maintaining office cleanliness standards.
- Collaborating with IT, Finance, and People Ops on cross-functional initiatives.
- Designing and executing workplace programs and initiatives.
- Supporting the planning and execution of company and team events.
- Collecting and analyzing employee feedback.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in workplace management or related field.
- 1+ years leading workplace initiatives in a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data.
- Creative mindset for developing innovative approaches.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and operational budgets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with workplace management systems and collaboration tools.
