Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations

Job Description

Recursion Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations to lead operational oversight and execution for oncology clinical trials. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in advancing precision medicines to contribute to clinical development strategy and optimize trial execution.Recursion is a clinical stage TechBio company leading the space by decoding biology to radically improve lives.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead all aspects of clinical trial execution for one or more programs.
• Contribute to clinical development strategy and iterative improvement of processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on program teams and trial document generation.
• Enhance innovation and efficiency in clinical trial design and execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to clinical operations team and/or direct reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations roles.
• 3+ years of experience at a small or midsize biotech.
• 3-5+ years of people management/leadership experience.
• Early phase oncology experience at a biotech/Sponsor is required.
• Thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Excellent working knowledge of FDA, ICH, GCP regulations and guidelines.
