Job Description

Recursion Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to manage clinical trials from start-up to closure. The Senior Clinical Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading all aspects of clinical trial execution for one or more programs. This role involves planning, overseeing implementation, and coordinating global clinical trials.Responsibilities include:

• Leading clinical trial execution
• Planning and overseeing global clinical trials
• Maintaining relationships with study teams, CROs, and investigators
• Managing clinical trial operations and study teams
• Ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
• 7+ years of experience in a clinical operations role
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical project management role
• Early phase (Phase 1, 2) oncology experience
• Experience organizing and leading clinical study teams
