Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking an Operation Analyst RMS to join their team in Bengaluru. PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments company. The candidate will act as the primary interface between PhonePe and its business partners, providing timely and accurate operational support to merchants on the PhonePe platform. The successful candidate will have an immediate and distinct effect on the experience of PhonePe Merchants.

Role involves:
  • Handling merchant escalated cases daily.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to extract resolutions.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, considering merchant and partner experiences.
  • Proactively resolving Merchant concerns in a timely, professional, and positive manner, escalating issues as needed.
  • Connecting with merchants via phone or non-voice channels to understand and work on cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Being flexible to take on extra initiatives or additional work as per organizational requirements.

Requirements:
  • Graduate in any stream (10+2+3).
  • Best written and communication skills.
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience (Merchant Helpdesk / Customer Experience) preferred.
