Job Description
Seso is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager to join their team. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based visa cases, including H-2B, TN, L-1B, and PERM labor certifications. This role involves ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with current immigration policies and procedures. The Case Manager will also guide team members and internal clients through immigration processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process.
- Collecting and preparing necessary documentation for various immigration cases.
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of cases.
- Communicating with State Workforce Agencies, the Department of Labor, and USCIS on behalf of clients.
- Collaborating with internal and external immigration attorneys on complex cases.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential case files on Seso's platform.
- Communicating complex concepts clearly to clients.
- Advising clients on compliance matters.
- Advocating for process and product improvements.
Requirements include:
- High-volume TN or H-2B filing experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience filing or overseeing TN, H-2A, H-2B, H-1B, EB-3, L-1, O-1, PERM, or similar petitions.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in the PERM process.
- Proven track record in process management.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively.
- Superior communication skills.
- Experience motivating and mentoring team members.
- Experience using electronic case management software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to navigate complex situations professionally.
- Interest in agriculture.
Seso offers:
- A compensation up to $80,000 annually.
