Facility Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for their Brookville, PA location. The Facility Maintenance Technician will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

Role Involves:

• Assisting with building inspections and projects
• Timely completion of work lists
• Checking HVAC, lighting, and general premises
• Maintaining building systems and security
• Repairing mechanical equipment
• Keeping a log of maintenance performed
• Performing electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work
• Maintaining inventory and moving equipment
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Monitoring utility usage

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance experience
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems and industrial electrical installations
• Relevant technical knowledge
• HVAC Certification (preferred)
• Experience in a production environment
• Ability to tolerate exposure to dust and pollen
• Ability to drive a forklift, van, and truck
