FalconX is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Contractor) to join their team in Bangalore. FalconX operates at the intersection of traditional finance and cutting-edge technology, offering a comprehensive solution for digital asset strategies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building the company's vision and attracting top talent.Role involves:

• Owning the hiring charter for specified geographies.
• Leading efforts to hire top talent in the country.
• Co-building the vision for FalconX as an employer of choice over the next 2-3 years.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across various departments to hire the right talent for the right roles.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of core recruiting experience.
• Prior experience in tech hiring is a plus.
• Startup experience is preferred.
• Experience in Financial services is a must.
• Deep thinker with agility.
• Track record of solving ambiguous problems.
• Structured thinking and ability to create achievable roadmaps.
• Demonstrated prioritization and focus.
• Empathetic cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market structure and participants.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to get into the details.
