VGW, an interactive entertainment company, is seeking an Account Management Team Lead in Toronto. The successful candidate will mentor and guide a team of Account Managers, developing them into strategic customer development experts. They will foster strong relationships and support initiatives to improve the Account Management department.
Role Involves:
- Utilizing KPIs to manage and track portfolio performance.
- Developing strategies to increase customer retention.
- Supporting the team in making strategic decisions to retain high-value customers.
- Driving a positive culture within the department.
- Monitoring KPIs and providing skills enhancement sessions.
- Facilitating discussions and offering guidance to the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C relationship management.
- 3-5 years of experience in people/team management.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in relationship building.
- Proficiency in using software and technology platforms, including CRM.
- Client-focused approach with high emotional intelligence.
