VGW, an interactive entertainment company, is seeking an Account Management Team Lead in Toronto. The successful candidate will mentor and guide a team of Account Managers, developing them into strategic customer development experts. They will foster strong relationships and support initiatives to improve the Account Management department.

Role Involves:

  • Utilizing KPIs to manage and track portfolio performance.
  • Developing strategies to increase customer retention.
  • Supporting the team in making strategic decisions to retain high-value customers.
  • Driving a positive culture within the department.
  • Monitoring KPIs and providing skills enhancement sessions.
  • Facilitating discussions and offering guidance to the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C relationship management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in people/team management.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in relationship building.
  • Proficiency in using software and technology platforms, including CRM.
  • Client-focused approach with high emotional intelligence.
