VGW Canada Inc. is seeking a Workforce Specialist to join their Operations team in Toronto. This role involves collaborating with support teams to determine schedules and provide real-time monitoring analysis to meet service level goals. The Workforce Management Specialist will utilize WFM tools and strong analytical and communication skills to effectuate schedule adherence and achieve optimal service delivery.
Role Involves:
- Using WFM systems to project and forecast demands.
- Creating and maintaining employee schedules.
- Managing time-off requests.
- Monitoring and adjusting staffing levels.
- Compiling statistics and performance metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling, project management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry-standard Workforce management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
