Aerospike is seeking an Account Executive to lead strategic engagements with digital native companies in India. This role is based in Bangalore and requires a results-driven sales professional with experience in database or data infrastructure sales.Aerospike empowers companies to tackle challenges and achieve what’s never been done before. They developed the world’s leading real-time database—powering mission-critical applications for innovative organizations.Role involves:
  • Owning and managing the complete sales cycle for assigned digital native accounts.
  • Developing and executing account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Evangelizing Aerospike’s real-time data platform.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Leveraging sales methodologies to drive pipeline and forecast accuracy.
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline and ensuring CRM updates.
  • Representing Aerospike at industry events.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • 3+ years focused on database, data infrastructure, or cloud platform solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the digital native ecosystem.
  • Success in engaging and closing complex deals.
  • Proficiency in using Command of the Message and/or MEDDIC/MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
