Job Description
Putnam is seeking a Partner to grow their Data Strategy, Analytics & AI Practice. This role involves team management, client business development, and thought leadership. The Partner will lead a Data Science Team, transforming data into actionable insights for the product lifecycle. They will collaborate with other practice areas and build client relationships.
Role Involves:
- Strengthening team management and coaching.
- Leading strategic project planning and client relationships.
- Driving revenue and sales targets.
- Developing capability presentations and proposals.
- Translating insights into compelling narratives.
- Contributing to industry discussions and thought leadership.
- Evolving hiring strategies to align with client needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in Life Sciences data analytics consulting.
- Deep experience in healthcare datasets.
- Experience in data visualization tools.
- Practical application of AI/ML/NLP use cases in Life Sciences.
- GenAI experience with LLMs in Pharma.
- Extensive experience in project work planning and client management.
- History of people and team management.
- Development of key insights and translation into presentations.
- Proposal development.
- Participation in industry thought leadership.
