Healthie is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build relationships with enterprise customers in the digital healthcare space. This role involves driving adoption, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact after implementation, acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
Role Involves:
- Overseeing account health.
- Managing renewals.
- Identifying and driving expansion opportunities.
- Conducting quarterly business reviews.
- Providing tailored product guidance.
- Proactively addressing risks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- 2+ years of experience in digital healthcare services, ideally in an EHR/EMR environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, digital health solutions, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
