Job Description
Tekion is seeking an Instructional Learning Designer II to join their team. This role involves collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop instructional materials and content for effective learning experiences. The Instructional Designer will facilitate needs assessments, design interactive content, create storyboards, and ensure the quality of instructional materials. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of the materials.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts

- Evaluating the effectiveness of materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, communication, education, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience
- 2+ years of experience in an automotive dealership and/or automotive software
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative approach to designing engaging learning experiences
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience creating storyboards
