Appian is seeking an Associate Consultant to join their Customer Success team in Melbourne, Australia. This role offers the opportunity to combine a passion for technology with strategic problem-solving skills.Appian's Customer Success team focuses on delivering mission-critical business impact quickly, and the Associate Consultant will partner with customers to bring their ideas to life using the Appian platform.
What this role involves: - Building and deploying web-based applications on the Appian platform.
- Implementing business process management applications.
- Scaling programs across the enterprise.
- Collaborating with other Appian consultants to define project work.
- Analyzing client's business strategy and developing technical solutions.
- Designing prototypes and modeling business processes.
- Implementing quality assurance, load testing, and roll-out plans.
Requirements: - Understanding of at least one coding language.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid foundation of, or love for, technology.
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent.
- Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc.) and cloud technologies.
