Appian Corporation is seeking an Associate Consultant to join their Customer Success team in Sydney, Australia. This role offers the opportunity to combine a passion for technology with strategic problem-solving skills, directly impacting customer outcomes by bringing their best ideas to life using the Appian platform. The Associate Consultant will be responsible for building and deploying web-based applications on the Appian platform, supporting customers' business strategies and scaling programs across the enterprise.Role involves:
  • Leveraging experience in process improvement disciplines such as business process management and application integration.
  • Constructing, implementing, and deploying process-centric business process management solutions using Appian software.
  • Analyzing client business strategies and developing technical solutions to support them.
  • Designing prototypes, modeling business processes, and analyzing requirements.
  • Implementing quality assurance plans, load testing, and roll-out plans.
Requirements:
  • An understanding of at least one coding language.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A solid foundation in technology.
  • Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc.) and cloud technologies.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent background.
