Product Design Manager

Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead a small team of product designers and drive the design transformation of its existing products. This role involves hands-on collaboration with product and engineering partners to enhance the user experience with intuitive workflows and enterprise-grade permission features.

• Providing design vision and thought leadership for Addepar’s product offerings.
• Partnering with product management and engineering leads to align on objectives and strategies.
• Building and managing a diverse team of product designers.
• Mentoring product designers and providing constructive critique.
• Collaborating with the design system team to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Contributing to strategic design initiatives and improving existing design patterns.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
• 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered design practices and product thinking.
• Experience in designing web experiences for SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma.
