Member of Technical Staff, Fullstack

Job Description

Envoy is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Fullstack, to join their team. This role is an L3 opportunity, ideal for candidates with experience in leading complex projects, mentoring peers, and making architectural contributions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the core features team for Envoy Workplace, a rapidly growing revenue stream for the company.

The role involves driving the end-to-end Product Engineering process, from problem definition to deployment and iteration. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enabling others to improve "Product Velocity" through clean abstractions and systems.

This position requires working onsite at the San Francisco HQ office four days a week (Monday-Thursday).

You will:

• Help scale the Workplace product, used by tens of thousands daily.
• Design core frontend and backend software components.
• Drive ambitious system design and architecture.
• Drive engineering projects to completion, advocating for quality and ambitious product goals.
• Advocate for the end-user, whether they are an Envoy customer or external developer.

You have:

• 5+ years of software engineering or coding experience.
• BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization
• Excited to work with a team that’s focused on Product Velocity
