Senior Salesforce Developer – Pharma/Life Sciences

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their Digital team. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences domains. The Senior Salesforce Developer will collaborate with onshore teams, architects, and business analysts to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Role responsibilities include:

• Developing and customizing Life Sciences functionalities within Salesforce.
• Building custom objects, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Implementing advanced workflow automation for medical science liaisons (MSLs), sales reps, and regulatory teams.
• Developing integrations with third-party pharma applications.
• Optimizing data security, access controls, and compliance adherence.
• Ensuring Salesforce scalability and performance optimization.
• Participating in scrum meetings and providing technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Veeva CRM, and Health Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (IQVIA, Snowflake, MDM).
• Strong understanding of HCP engagement, MSL workflows, patient support, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, Sunshine Act).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) for release management.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud certifications required.
