Job Description
Bellroy is seeking a CRM Coordinator to support the CRM team in executing and refining email campaigns and flows. The CRM Coordinator will help optimize how Bellroy communicates with its customers. This role involves hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo and Segment, working within the marketing team and reporting to the CRM Lead.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven, managing multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for cross-team collaboration with creative, data, tech, and marketing teams.
Role Involves:
- Executing and refining email campaigns and flows
- Setting up tests
- Managing audiences
- Optimising customer communication
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in a marketing, CRM, or digital communications role, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or consumer-focused brands
- Experience using Email Service Providers (ideally Klaviyo) and Customer Data Platforms (ideally Segment)
- Confidence working with Google Sheets and understanding customer segmentation and email performance metrics
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Natural curiosity about customer behavior and interest in using data to personalise marketing
