Job Description
Angi Inc. is seeking a Project Advisor to join their Homeowner Success team. This role involves partnering with homeowners to ensure successful project completion. The Project Advisor will handle inbound and outbound calls, offering assistance and information regarding home projects. They will engage homeowners in discussions about available services and solutions, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with call center systems and software, preferred
  • Proficiency in using G Suite tools
