Angi Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their Homeowner Success team as a Project Advisor. In this role, the Project Advisor will partner with homeowners to ensure jobs are done well, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to team success. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from various states across the US.Responsibilities include:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers.
  • Offering assistance with home projects and providing relevant information.
  • Engaging homeowners in discussions about available services and solutions.
  • Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Participating in team learning and development activities.
  • Adhering to performance metrics and seeking feedback for improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications include:
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality customer service.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Familiarity with call center systems and software (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using G Suite tools.
