Job Description

Whalar, a leading independent Creator and Social agency, is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their team in London. This role is based in Farringdon, with a requirement of 3 days in the office.The Client Services Executive will play a crucial role in the execution of client campaigns, ensuring smooth project delivery and acting as a guardian of the brands Whalar works with. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and content creators, with a strong understanding of the influencer landscape.Here's what this role involves:

• Creator Sourcing: Identifying and vetting creators across various platforms.
• Creator Management: Building relationships with creators, managing contracts, and providing creative direction.
• Creative Briefing: Developing and issuing briefs to creators, ensuring campaign immersion.
• Content Review & Quality Control: Reviewing content for compliance and quality, providing feedback to creators.
• Content Scheduling & Monitoring: Creating posting schedules and monitoring live posts.
• Campaign Performance: Tracking campaign success, managing timelines and budgets, and creating wrap reports.

Here's what Whalar is looking for:

• 1+ years’ experience in the general creator and influencer landscape.
• An affinity for social media, content creators and/or experience is a plus.
• Strong detail-oriented, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A creative and curious mindset and can-do attitude.
