Job Description
Whalar, a leading creator and social agency, is seeking a Manager for Client Services in London. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office. The Client Services team is responsible for the creative output of client campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and acting as guardians of the brands Whalar works with.
Responsibilities include: - Project manage campaign delivery and provide excellent client service.
- Manage and mentor Executives, supporting their goal setting.
- Track and manage campaign budgets.
- Ensure creator briefing materials and casting reflect the brand's vision.
- Develop client relationships and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Showcase strong client and objection handling skills.
- Lead internal and external meetings.
- Assess campaign performance against KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have: - 4+ years of agency or brand experience.
- Experience managing executives on a team.
- A solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem.
- Experience working in the creator economy.
- Strong detail-oriented, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Appreciation and understanding of the value of creativity.
