Job Description
Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Data Solutions Go-To-Market (GTM) Director to drive growth and strategic partnerships. This role requires a dynamic leader who can orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, particularly within the Snowflake ecosystem and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will identify and execute strategies to increase bookings and maximize cross-selling opportunities, while deepening client relationships. He/She will possess a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and technical knowledge.Role involves:
  • Establishing new client relationships.
  • Generating pipeline and obtaining leads.
  • Managing the sales lifecycle for new and existing clients.
  • Delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Partnering with internal resources and technology partners.
  • Developing co-selling opportunities.
  • Building consensus and relationships at multiple levels.
  • Creating and executing account plans.
  • Participating in client onboarding.
  • Developing long-term strategic relationships.
  • Maintaining executive relationships.
  • Leading internal teams on proof of concepts.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in a consulting services environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud services, data services, and/or AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets.
  • Extensive experience in co-selling cloud-based technologies and services, particularly Snowflake.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
