Job Description
The Student Hotel is seeking a Front Office Manager for their Amsterdam City hotel. This role involves overseeing the front office and ensuring smooth operations, working alongside the Director of Rooms. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service, ensuring a clean and safe working environment, and meeting financial goals. They will also act as a point of contact for the team and guests, addressing their needs with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

What this role involves:
  • Coordinating daily hotel operations.
  • Providing support and leadership to the Front of House team.
  • Managing daily revenue targets and monitoring performance.
  • Ensuring quality and product knowledge within the team.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of management experience in a similar hotel role (100+ rooms).
  • Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English and Dutch communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
