Material Handler

Job Description

Ultima Genomics, a rapidly growing life sciences technology company, is seeking a highly motivated Material Handler for a full-time contracting position in Fremont, CA. The Material Handler will contribute to the company's mission of driving genomic information to improve human health.

Role involves:
• Inspecting incoming deliveries
• Performing receipt functions and checking material documentation
• Maintaining shipment receiving documents
• Performing material picking operations
• Running daily cycle counts
• Preparing shipping documentation
• Liaising with internal functions

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of material handling experience
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in PLM and ERP, NetSuite desired
• Forklift Certification
• High degree of business ethics and accountability
• Detail-oriented with focus on transaction accuracy
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills
