Remote is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for their Identity & Access Management team. This role is fully remote and focuses on managing team dynamics and optimizing execution. The Engineering Team Leader will manage a small team of engineers, provide technical guidance, and participate in product development. What this role involves: - Managing a small product team of 3-5 engineers.
- Participating in product development.
- Providing technical guidance to the Product Manager.
- Being involved in hiring and onboarding processes.
- Managing team dynamics and providing constructive feedback.
- Providing guidance and coaching to the team.
Requirements: - Track record of managing an engineering team of at least 2 people.
- Senior-level experience in either backend (Elixir/Phoenix) or frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript/React) development.
- Experience with developing IAM-related features.
