Job Description
Remote is seeking a Manager for Payroll Client Services in the APAC region. This role involves managing a team of Payroll Client Services Specialists, ensuring effective service delivery, and continuous improvement. The Manager will act as an escalation point for payroll-related questions, provide support to companies and employees, and manage complex customer escalations. They will collaborate with various teams, including Customer Experience, Payroll Operations, Benefits, Tax, and Finance, to provide best-in-class support. The Manager will also contribute to identifying and implementing opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive training and development sessions.

What this role involves:
  • Managing a team of Payroll Client Services Specialists.
  • Acting as an escalation point for payroll questions.
  • Providing support to companies and employees on payroll-related issues.
  • Managing complex customer escalations.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams.
  • Contributing to operational efficiency improvements.
  • Driving training and development sessions.


Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll customer care team management or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of local legislation in one or more countries (a plus).
  • Strong experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Problem-solving abilities with great communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
