Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team, focusing on the Nordics market. This role involves responding to and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new prospects, and communicating Remote's value propositions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and native Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.Remote is a company that helps modern organizations navigate global employment compliantly with ease. Responsibilities: - Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
- Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects
- Provide support to Account Executive team as needed
- Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
- Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
- Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
Requirements: - Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
- Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to think strategically and tactically
- Able to maintain a positive attitude
- Self-starter with a diligent work ethic
- Fluency in English AND native Swedish/ Norwegian/ Finnish/ Danish
