Job Description

Notion is seeking an Enterprise Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Munich, Germany. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers and engineers to resolve complex issues, build systems and processes to manage tasks, and problem-solve with technical teams to scale systems.What This Role Involves:

• Providing white-glove support to Notion's largest customers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers.
• Working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Performing advanced troubleshooting of products and embedded partner applications.
• Reproducing customer issues, performing initial codebase triage, and filing bugs with Engineering.
• Managing key performance metrics.
• Responding to high-priority customer issues.
• Creating and maintaining internal knowledge libraries and contributing to user-facing content.
• Participating in an on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills with enterprise customers.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop applications on Windows and macOS.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to balance user expectations with policies and compliance boundaries.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining focused and professional.
• Effective collaboration skills with peers and cross-functional teams in multiple locations.

Nice to Haves:

• Proficiency troubleshooting REST APIs and experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
