Enterprise Technical Support, DACH at Notion

Notion is seeking an Enterprise Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Munich, Germany. Notion's mission is to make software customizable for every person, team, and company. The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers and engineers to resolve complex issues, build systems and processes, and problem-solve with technical teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing white-glove support to enterprise customers.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Troubleshooting products and embedded partner applications.
• Reproducing customer issues and filing bugs with Engineering.
• Managing key performance metrics.
• Responding to high-priority customer issues.
• Creating and maintaining internal knowledge libraries.
• Participating in an on-call rotation.

Requirements include:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills with enterprise customers.
• Fluency in English and German is a must
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop applications on Windows and macOS.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols.
• Proficiency in analyzing server and client application logs.
• Proficiency troubleshooting REST APIs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance user expectations with policies and compliance boundaries.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Effective collaboration skills.
