Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Key Account Store Operations Specialist to join their Warsaw office. This role focuses on engaging with key account stores, building relationships, and helping them maximize their partnership with Too Good To Go to reduce food waste. The Store Operations team is responsible for the engagement, experience, and quality of Key Account stores.

Role Involves:
  • Optimizing store engagement and improving performance.
  • Supporting stores in using Too Good To Go systems and providing training.
  • Engaging store managers and staff on fighting food waste.
  • Identifying feedback trends and escalating them to the Key Account Manager.
  • Supporting the Key Account Manager with reports and presentations.
  • Onboarding new key accounts.
  • Ensuring stores have positive customer experiences.
  • Performing administrative tasks to keep store information accurate.
