Stone Tech is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process automation, with a focus on identifying and implementing scalable solutions that drive efficiency and value. • Mapping and analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborating with business areas to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Developing and implementing RPA solutions using Python and BotCity.
• Monitoring and improving the performance of automations.
• Working with IT, DevOps, and other teams to ensure solution robustness and scalability.
• Acting as a technical reference and mentor within the team.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Extensive experience in RPA projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and process design.
• Proficiency in Python and practical experience with BotCity.
• Familiarity with code versioning, CI/CD, and API integration.
• Technical English for reading and understanding documentation.
