Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader in Roseville, California. This role supports the Store Management Team in all business areas, from driving sales to leading training sessions. The Floor Leader ensures an exceptional customer experience, a motivated staff, and operational excellence. They lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and coaching the sales team.
  • Delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Educating customers on Lush brand values.
  • Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
  • Managing cash handling and store opening/closing.
  • Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
  • Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.
