Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced and strategically thinking (Senior) Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Paid Media / SEA for one of its partner companies in Stuttgart. He/She will play a crucial role in scaling the company and ensuring operational excellence. With his/her expertise, he/she will contribute to promoting international expansion, operational efficiency and excellent customer experiences. In his/her daily work, he/she will focus on optimizing paid media campaigns, especially in SEA, but also paid social and affiliate marketing. In addition, he/she will support the strategic corporate goals through his/her data-driven way of working and continuous competitive analysis.

Role involves:
  • Independent conception, implementation, control and continuous development of our paid media campaigns with a focus on SEA, paid social and affiliate marketing.
  • Building and implementing effective SEA setups for the market launch of new products and scaling our activities in 7 international markets.
  • Performing in-depth analyses and transforming complex data into actionable insights to identify untapped potential.
  • Active monitoring of internal KPIs as well as competitive activities and market trends.
  • Control and optimization of budgets based on our ROAS and margin targets.
  • Evaluation of new technologies, tools and platforms in the paid media area.

Requirements:
  • Completed studies in the field of marketing, economics or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
  • Sound knowledge in the strategic planning, operative implementation and scaling of highly complex SEA campaigns.
  • Experience with other paid channels such as paid social or affiliate marketing are a plus.
  • Routine handling of Google & Microsoft Ads, common web analysis tools, bid management systems and tracking solutions.
  • Distinctive analytical thinking, a high affinity for numbers and the ability to interpret complex data
  • A high degree of initiative, strong problem-solving skills and independent working style.
  • Business fluent German and English skills.
