Role Involves:
- Talking to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to sort out payment-related issues.
- Making sure all sides get the right info and payments go through properly.
- Keeping clear, organized records of all interactions.

- Providing top-level support and helping people resolve problems.
Requirements:
- Strong English skills (B2+ level).
- Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
