Job Description

Vonage is seeking an Oracle System Administrator to join their Business Applications Engineering team. This role is crucial for administering and configuring internal systems, with a focus on Oracle Cloud applications supporting Finance. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and end users to drive transformation within the Finance Organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering and supporting Oracle Cloud Suite and related business applications.
  • Assisting end users and technical teams with troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Configuring, documenting, testing, and deploying system updates following IT compliance standards.
  • Executing data updates via established data management protocols.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to validate system changes and improvements.
  • Staying current with application enhancements and recommending process optimizations.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance application efficiency and performance for business users.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with or supporting Finance applications.
  • Proficiency with Oracle ARCS, EPBCS, and Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of the financial close cycle and financial statements.
  • Experience in EPM technical configuration, including rules/calculation logic.
  • Knowledge of ARCS/EPBCS integration with Oracle ERP and other source systems.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, and data integration tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
