Billing Analyst (Contract) - Kuala Lumpur

Job Description

E2open is seeking a Billing Analyst for a contract position in Kuala Lumpur. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the billing process for assigned areas, working closely with local countries and business partners to ensure smooth AR operations.

• Ensuring timely receipt of POs for billing.
• Managing the billing process for assigned customers.
• Preparing and sending invoices and credit memos.
• Validating Sales Orders in NetSuite.
• Assisting with acquisition integration.
• Maintaining accounting controls and supporting audits.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and internal finance teams.
• Supporting special projects and resolving billing disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, contracts, or sales support at a software tech company (SaaS preferred).
• Experience in a Shared Service Center environment.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.com is desired.
• Excellent English communication skills.
