Precision for Medicine is seeking an Account Development Manager to join their Translational Sciences group. This role can be performed remotely from various European locations. The Account Development Manager will focus on increasing market awareness and generating leads to provide qualified meetings for the Business Development Team. This involves direct contact with prospective clients through various channels and assisting in developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients. The role also includes collaborating with the Business Development Leadership Team to establish and implement "inside sales" best practices.
Responsibilities: - Implement outreach actions for qualified meetings.
- Review and recommend improvements to account development processes.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Leadership Team.
- Hold territory outreach planning calls.
- Identify potential clients and contacts.
- Create improved outreach messaging.
- Develop territory and account strategies.
- Initiate sales process through various communication methods.
- Support conferences through outreach and follow-up.
- Provide sales activity reports.
- Ensure activity is recorded in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Mentor and train new team members.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech industry with account development and sales experience.
- Experience related to oncology or rare disease therapeutic area.
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of therapeutics and diagnostics development.
- Active listening and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in proactively anticipating objections.
- Proficiency in using various lead generation methods.
- Ability to resolve problems and prioritize workload.
