Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking an Account Development Manager to join their Translational Sciences group. This role is fully remote and can be based in various European locations. The Account Development Manager will focus on increasing market awareness and generating leads to provide qualified meetings for the Business Development Team.This individual will:
  • Implement outreach actions to provide qualified meetings for BD Leads.
  • Review and recommend improvements to current account development processes.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Leadership Team for performance review and development.
  • Identify potential clients and contacts using defined "ideal account" profiles.
  • Develop and deploy territory and account strategies.
  • Initiate sales process by understanding client requirements and introducing services.
  • Support conferences through pre-conference outreach and lead follow-up.
  • Provide sales activity reports.
  • Ensure all activity is recorded in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Mentor and train new members in the Inside Sales team.
Requirements for this role include:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech industry with account development and sales experience.
  • Experience in the oncology therapeutic area.
  • Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English.
