Lead Sales Engineer

interface.ai, the leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, is seeking a Lead Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a product expert, partnering with the sales team to provide technical information and deliver custom demonstrations. This role involves understanding product features, answering technical questions, and articulating business value propositions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand technical features of products and services.
• Answer business and technical questions.
• Create & deliver custom demonstrations.
• Articulate business value propositions.
• Provide technical competitive differentiation.
• Execute business-critical RFPs and RFIs.
• Document client expectations and solutions.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years of total technical experience (4+ years in Sales Engineering).
• Engineering background, computer science (mandatory).
• Experience selling Enterprise Software; Financial Services is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skill in using prompt engineering techniques.
