Notion is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager for the DACH region, based in Munich, Germany. The role involves providing a first-class experience to business customers, driving product adoption, and collaborating with the sales team for renewals and expansions. This position is integral in shaping Notion's product and driving business revenue in the DACH market.

Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

The Customer Success Manager, Dedicated, DACH role involves:

  • Driving onboarding, adoption, utilisation, and growth within existing customer base.
  • Helping customers drive business outcomes by leveraging in depth product knowledge.
  • Proactively identifying and assisting customers who are underutilising Notion.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to expand us cases and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Innovating and iterating on customer success programs, focusing on maximizing retention and growth.

Requirements for the Customer Success Manager, Dedicated, DACH role:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in a fast growing software company.
  • Fluent German speaker.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing business and industry.
  • Growth mindset, motivated by top performance and teamwork.
  • Empathy and a passion for helping others succeed.
