Job Description

Ília, a technology, data, and design specialist, is seeking a Junior SRE/DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will help maintain and evolve Ília's infrastructure in a scalable, secure, and efficient manner. This role is perfect for someone interested in automation, infrastructure as code, and SRE/DevOps culture. The engineer will work alongside an experienced team, participating in the implementation and maintenance of pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and application monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
• Configure and monitor environments in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, EKS, CloudFront).
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure configurations.
• Monitor logs and metrics of applications and infrastructure, aiding in incident identification.
• Support the development team in resolving infrastructure-related issues.
• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of DevOps processes.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, EKS).
• Understanding of Networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, load balance, network security).
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Basic knowledge of Terraform or another IaC tool.
• Basic experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AzureDevops).
• Basic knowledge of Linux and shell commands.
• Understanding of containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Interest in learning new technologies and DevOps best practices.
• Experience in Python, Shell Script, and YAML development.
