The role involves:

• Understanding business needs and implementing the front-end to provide the best digital experience.
• Developing reusable components (in the Design System) to serve as a base for other development teams.
• Transforming design components into code with high fidelity and quality.
• Validating and ensuring performance, good development practices, code quality, test coverage, and preparation for deploy.
• Writing easy-to-understand documentation and changelogs.
• Defining solutions proactively, documenting, and presenting suggestions/ideas.
• Collaborating with the team and client to achieve the best possible results.
• Participating and collaborating with Agile Squads in their rituals.
• Participating in the code review process.

Requirements include:

• Front-end development using React or React Native.
• JavaScript and Typescript proficiency.
• HTML5, SASS/SCSS, and Styled Components.
• Responsive and/or scalable front-end development.
• Experience with Web Components and Stencil (a plus).
• API consumption.
• Good practices for code reuse, components, and clean code.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools and changelog generation.
• Agile methodology for software development.
• Creating high-quality, reusable, and accessible components.
• Familiarity with Design System technologies, practices, and tools (Storybook, Style-Dictionary).
• Atomic Design principles.
• Automated testing tools and code coverage for front-end (Jest + RTL).
• CI/CD (Jenkins).
• Advanced configurations of tools (Webpack, Metro, Jest).
