Job Description
Stone Co. is seeking a Logistics Assistant, also known as a Green Angel, to join their team in Maringa, Parana, Brazil. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on serving Brazilian entrepreneurs. The Logistics team plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the best and fastest service in the country.
The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for serving customers directly at their point of sale, assisting them with the initial setup and proper use of Stone's products. Additionally, they will manage inventory, receive assets, handle reverse logistics, sort equipment, and conduct periodic stock inventories at the assigned hub.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending to customers directly at their point of sale.
- Assisting customers with the initial setup and proper use of Stone's products.
- Managing inventory at the assigned hub.
- Receiving assets and handling reverse logistics.
- Sorting equipment and conducting periodic stock inventories.
Requirements:
- CNH A or AB (Motorcycle) active for at least 2 years.
- Completed high school education.
