Precision for Medicine is seeking an Account Development Manager to join their Translational Sciences group. This role can be performed remotely from various European locations. The Account Development Manager will focus on increasing market awareness and generating leads to provide qualified meetings for the Business Development Team. This will be achieved through direct contact with prospective clients via telephone, email, and direct mail. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to foster long-term relationships with new and existing clients. The Account Development Manager will collaborate with the Business Development Leadership Team to establish and implement inside sales best practices.
Responsibilities: - Implement outreach actions for qualified meetings.
- Review and improve account development processes.
- Establish account development production expectations and metrics.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Leadership Team.
- Hold territory outreach planning calls.
- Identify potential clients and contacts.
- Create improved outreach messaging.
- Develop territory and account strategies.
- Initiate sales process through communication.
- Support conferences through pre-conference outreach and lead follow-up.
- Provide sales activity reports.
- Ensure all activity is recorded in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Mentor and train new team members.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- 5+ years in the CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech industry with account development and sales experience.
- Experience in oncology therapeutic area.
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English.
