Notion is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Dedicated Customer Success Manager for the French market. The Customer Success team is responsible for providing business customers with a first-class experience, driving product adoption, and maximizing value. The role involves partnering with the sales team to manage renewals and expansion, contributing to Notion's growth in EMEA.

The candidate will play a crucial role in defining sales and customer success strategies and shaping the product's future.

Notion is an in-person company, with employees required to be in the office for two anchor days (Mondays & Thursdays) and for the majority of the week, including a third day.

What this role involves:

  • Driving onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth within existing customer base.
  • Learning the product inside and out to help customers achieve business outcomes.
  • Proactively identifying and assisting customers not maximizing their potential.
  • Partnering with the Sales team to expand use cases and improve customer retention.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team for successful renewals and expansions.
  • Innovating and iterating on Customer Success programs.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
  • Documenting and sharing key learnings with the Notion organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Fluent French speaker.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing business and industry.
  • Growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities.
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to excel and contribute to a team.
  • Empathy and the ability to see situations from different perspectives.
  • Motivation to help others succeed and grow.
