Precision for Medicine is seeking an Account Development Manager to join their Translational Sciences group. This role is focused on increasing market awareness and generating leads to provide qualified meetings for the Business Development Team.
Responsibilities: - Implement outreach actions for qualified meetings.
- Review and improve account development processes.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Leadership Team.
- Identify potential clients and contacts.
- Develop territory and account strategies.
- Initiate sales process through communication.
- Support conferences through outreach and follow-up.
- Provide sales activity reports.
- Ensure activity is recorded in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Mentor and train new team members.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- 5+ years in the CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech industry with account development and sales experience.
- Experience in oncology therapeutic area.
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of therapeutics and diagnostics development.
- Active listening and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in lead generation methods.
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to identify process efficiencies and make recommendations.
