NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator, is seeking a Technical Lead with Flutter expertise. The candidate will leverage their experience to guide teams and develop mobile applications. The role involves technical leadership and hands-on development using Flutter.

Responsibilities:

• Leading technical teams in mobile app development
• Creating mobile apps with Flutter
• Applying Clean Architecture and MVVM patterns

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience creating mobile apps with Flutter
• Advanced knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and custom widgets
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Cognito
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Leadership skills to guide teams with empathy and strategic vision
• Effective communication to translate complex technical concepts
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
• Time management skills to prioritize and organize tasks
