Consultor SAP HCM (PA, PD, OM)

Job Description

NEORIS, a digital accelerator with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join their team. The consultant will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating functional documentation, and configuring the system. This is a hybrid role located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on a CLT contract.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements with business users.
• Creating functional documentation (specifications, flows, and manuals).
• Configuring and providing functional support in the PA, PD, and OM submodules.
• Supporting testing (unit and integrated) and interpreting legal documents.
• Supporting integrations of SAP ECC with other systems.
• Reading logs and performing basic ABAP code analysis.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge in the PA, PD, and OM submodules.
• Experience with HR processes: admissions, organizational structure, career and succession.
• Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence.
• Knowledge in SAP Activate/ASAP and AS-IS/TO-BE process documentation.
